Once your roster is set, the Teams tab on a match lets an organizer split the confirmed players into two sides on each playing surface -- a court, field, or pitch, depending on your sport. Each surface holds two sides, labeled Team A and Team B. How many players go on a side comes from your group's sport (for example, one per side for singles, five for basketball, nine for baseball), so a surface's capacity is players-per-side times two.
Open a match and tap the Teams tab. Each surface shows two sides with open slots:
Only players confirmed on the roster can be added. If someone drops out after you've placed them, their slot is emptied and flagged so you can fill it again.
For sports played across multiple rounds -- sets, games, or innings -- add a round to record the teams and score for each one. Use the round controls in the Teams tab to add or remove rounds; the label (Set, Game, Inning, and so on) follows your sport.
Scoring is optional and off by default. Turn it on from the menu on the Teams tab. With scoring enabled:
Share the teams with everyone who's playing, straight from the Teams tab menu:
Both cards appear in match chat, visible to everyone confirmed on that match.
Building and editing teams, scores, and rounds is limited to the people who run the group -- the owner, admins, and the group leader. Everyone else on the roster sees the same lineup and scores as a read-only view, without the slot and score controls.
