These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Mixed Nuts mobile application and related services ("Service") operated by Mixed Nuts ("we", "our", "us"). By using Mixed Nuts, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mixed Nuts. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Mixed Nuts is a sports group coordination platform. We provide scheduling, roster management, chat, and notification features to help groups organize pickup games and recurring matches. We do not organize, host, or supervise any physical activities.

You retain ownership of content you create within Mixed Nuts, including group names, chat messages, and match details. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, transmit, and deliver your content as part of operating the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
The Mixed Nuts name, logo, and application are our intellectual property. You may not use our trademarks, service marks, or branding without prior written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mixed Nuts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mixed Nuts and its officers, directors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Arizona in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Actions that qualify for small claims court are exempt from this arbitration requirement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
