Plans, pricing, and managing your subscription.

Free Plan

The Free plan includes everything you need to organize a single group:

• 1 group
• Unlimited members
• Recurring schedules and roster management
• Push notifications and email notifications
• Group chat
• Manual slot management

Pro Plan

The Pro plan is for organizers who run multiple groups or want automated roster management:

• Everything in the Free plan
• Up to 10 groups
• AutoAssign -- reserves are automatically promoted in FIFO order with confirmation timeouts
• RoundRobin -- leader designation rotates across matches

Pricing

• Monthly: $4.99 per month
• Annual: $49.99 per year (save 16%)

Both plans auto-renew until canceled.

Upgrading to Pro

To upgrade, go to Profile > Upgrade to Pro. Select your billing period (monthly or annual) and complete the purchase through your device's native payment sheet (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Once payment is complete, Pro features are available immediately.

Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, go to Profile > Restore Purchases to restore your active Pro subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

To manage your subscription (update payment method, switch plans, or view billing history), go to Profile > Manage Subscription. This opens your device's subscription settings where you can make changes directly.

Canceling

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (Profile > Manage Subscription). When you cancel:

• Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.
• If you have more than 1 group, you will need to leave or delete groups until you are at 1 group to continue using the Free plan.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
